    Events are hosted at various times throughout the year. Event volunteers will have the opportunity to signup for dates and times that work best for them.

    Age requirements are subject to change depending on the Volunteer positions; ability to sit or stand for long periods of time is required; most events are hosted outdoors and require appropriate clothing

    Description

    Event volunteers assist with various opportunities, including:

    • Gate Attendants - greet and provide information to attendees; may at times check ID's, hand out giveaway items, and/or track attendance
    • Games & Activity Attendants - assist kids and their families with various activities; may include handing out prizes and/or demonstrating how to play a game, create a craft, etc.
    • Runner - check in with volunteers and provide breaks, gather supplies and restock supplies, etc.
    • Truck Monitor (specific event) - ensure a safe environment for kids of all ages to explore large equipment and vehicles
    • Mascot (specific events) - wear a costume and engage with event attendees; must be a minimum of 16 years of age
    • Food & Beverage Service - provide food and beverages to attendees (some instances require volunteers to be 18 years of age or older due to the service of alcoholic beverages)

    *Volunteers shall be a minimum of 14 years of age or volunteering with a parent or guardian unless otherwise noted.
