Volunteer Outreach Director

The Director of Volunteer Engagement is responsible for recruiting, organizing, and supporting volunteers who help carry out Harmony with U’s mission. This role leads outreach efforts to attract new volunteers, promotes volunteer opportunities through social media and community connections, and works closely with the leadership team to match volunteers with meaningful roles. The Director also helps build a positive, inclusive volunteer experience to encourage long-term involvement and impact.
