    Description

    Data & Insights Analyst Lead

    Purpose:

    Transform pulse survey data and participant feedback into clear, meaningful insights that guide strategic decisions and well-being outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collect, clean, and interpret pulse survey data using Google Forms/Sheets.
    • Build charts, infographics, dashboards, and reporting summaries.
    • Identify trends across demographics and themes.
    • Partner with HR and program leadership to turn insights into action plans.

    Skills & Strengths:

    • Analytical, detail-oriented, strong storyteller through data.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in data analysis, HR analytics, or research (2+ years preferred).
    • Knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, charts).
    • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive data.

    Time Commitment: 10 hours weekly
