    About Faith in God Charity Missions

    Faith in God Charity Missions (FIGCM) is a faith-driven nonprofit organization dedicated to restoring hope and dignity to widows, orphans, and vulnerable families. Through food security, livelihood support, education, and community outreach, we demonstrate the love of Jesus through practical and sustainable solutions.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a Volunteer Social Media Manager who is passionate about storytelling, digital engagement, and social impact. This role is responsible for managing and growing FIGCM’s social media presence across multiple platforms while aligning content with our mission, values, and organizational goals.

    ⚠️ Important Note:

    This is a strictly volunteer position with no monetary compensation. We encourage applicants who are comfortable contributing their skills in a service-based role.

    Key Responsibilities

      • Manage and schedule content across all FIGCM social media platforms
      • Develop and execute content calendars in collaboration with the Marketing & Communications Lead
      • Create engaging posts, captions, and basic visuals aligned with FIGCM branding
      • Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages professionally
      • Share impact stories, faith-based encouragement, and program updates
      • Track basic performance metrics and provide periodic reports

    Qualifications

      • Experience managing social media accounts (personal, nonprofit, or professional)
      • Strong written communication and storytelling skills
      • Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
      • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
      • Alignment with FIGCM’s mission and values
