Volunteer Opportunity: Help Us Recruit Team Captains for the 2026 Chicago Walk to End Alzheimer's!

Are you outgoing, well-connected in your community, and passionate about making a difference? We’re looking for a dynamic Volunteer Team Recruitment Lead to help us grow participation in the 2026 Chicago Walk to End Alzheimer’s by recruiting new Team Captains!

What You'll Do:

As part of our Community Engagement Committee, you’ll be out and about-connecting with local organizations, attending community events, and spreading the word about the Walk. Your goal? Recruit 5-8 new teams by engaging leaders who can rally their friends, coworkers, and families to join the cause.

Ideal for someone who:

• Loves talking to people and making new connections
• Is active in their community and networks (Rotary, Chambers, churches, schools, athletics etc.)
• Enjoys attending local festivals, events, and meetings
• Believes in the mission of the Alzheimer’s Association

Why It Matters:

Team Captains are the heart of our Walk-they motivate others, build excitement, and lead fundraising efforts that support critical Alzheimer’s research and care. By helping us find new leaders, you’ll directly impact our success.
