    2 times per month bring cheer and companionship to hospice patients near your home.

    Heart to Heart Hospice serves the tri-county Detroit area. We provide training, always work around your schedule and assign you near your home.

    Visit patients for companionship and help with activities are wonderful ways to make the day better for someone in hospice.
