    Description

    Make a Difference in a Senior's Life in the Phoenix area

    We are looking for volunteers all over the valley who can make a difference in our patients and families lives! Our volunteers will visit patients in their homes, Group Homes or Assisted Living Facilities, wherever they call "home". We assign patients that are near you!

    Responsibilities of our volunteers include

    • Regular visits to provide companionship to the patient
    • May provide respite support to the family so they may run errands or attend appointments
    • Maintaining documentation of visits
    • Continual communication with the Volunteer Coordinator

    We will provide all the training and support you need to become a successful volunteer.

    Qualifications

    • Current drivers license and auto insurance
    • Completion of volunteer training
    • Caring, responsible individual
    • Must be 18 or older.
