Fundraiser (volunteer role)

Palikari Protection, Inc is a non-profit organization that protects domestic abuse survivors through security planning and bodyguard services.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated volunteer Fundraiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to support our organization's mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic fundraising plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.
• Utilize Raiser's Edge or similar databases (or other means) to manage donor information and track fundraising progress.
• Conduct research to identify other entities that are offering possible grants.
• Collaborate with the Founder/Director to promote fundraising events and campaigns.
• Experience in grant writing and proposal development is a bonus but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in fundraising or a related field
• Strong strategic planning skills
• Excellent relationship management abilities.
• Ability to conduct thorough research for fundraising purposes
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Experience in grant writing is a plus
