"Ascend Hospice is looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer their time, talent and treasure to our patients through comfort companionship; A gentle touch, a conversation, holding someone's hand, playing music, reading or just making someone feel special by providing caring comfort.

Ascend Hospice is looking for individuals who are willing to volunteer their time, talent and treasure to our patients through comfort companionship. A gentle touch, a conversation, holding someone's hand, playing music, reading to them or just making them feel special by providing caring comfort to patients in need.

Ascend Hospice is looking for companion, reiki and reflexology practitioners, pet and music therapists, plus craft volunteers. Are you a military veteran who would like to provide companionship and support to military veterans on our hospice service? Please join us as a volunteer in our We Honor Vets, a Veteran to Veteran Program.

Volunteers are required to follow CDC guidelines, be compliant with Ascend Hospice policies, practices and facility requirements for infection control.

At this time, we require volunteers: To be fully Covid-19 Vaccinated, Up-to-date TB tested, Daily Covid-19 self-screened. We provide all required Personal Protective Equipment and volunteer training!
