    Organization Overview

The Nascent Foundation under Invicta Child Foundation is a global, decentralized mental health movement creating peer-led support networks for people ages 13-40. We reject traditional mental health models that position people as passive patients. Instead, we build communities where everyone gives and receives support, teaches and learns skills, and creates culture around mental wellness.

We are not therapy. We are mutual aid for the mind. We are the underground railroad for mental wellness.

    What is Membership?

Becoming a member means joining us—a self-governing group of people who share a similar goal. Members meet regularly (online), support each other, exchange skills, participate in monthly rituals, and contribute to our growing Documentation Library of real strategies that work.

Membership is 100% free, always. We never charge for mental health support.

What You'll Do as a Member

    • Join a Cell based on your mental health focus (anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, etc.)
    • Attend weekly or bi-weekly Cell meetings (1-2 hours, online)
    • Participate in peer support—both giving and receiving
    • Engage in Skillshare Economy: teach something you know, learn something new
    • Contribute to Documentation Library by sharing what helps you
    • Attend monthly Ritual Ceremonies (optional but encouraged)
    • Participate in Midnight Drops—create art/writing about your mental health journey
    • Use Reverse Crisis Line when you're doing well to support others
    • Help shape community guidelines and Cell culture
    • Option to step into leadership roles as you grow

    Time Commitment

    • Minimum: 2-4 hours/month (weekly Cell meetings)
    • Average: 5-8 hours/month (Cell + rituals + skillshares)
    • Flexible: Participate as much or as little as you need
    • No mandatory requirements—this is support, not obligation
