    Description

    Check-In / Help Desk Assistant

    Organization: Women of Connections Ministry (WOC)

    Event: Tokens of Love – Toy & Supply Giveaway

    Description:

    As a Check-In/Help Desk Volunteer, you will be the first point of contact for families attending the Tokens of Love event. Volunteers will greet guests, confirm registrations, provide event information, and help guide families to the appropriate areas.

    Responsibilities:

      • Welcome and check in registered families.
      • Verify registration information and distribute any necessary materials.
      • Answer questions and direct guests to the correct stations.
      • Provide friendly and efficient customer service throughout the event.

    Event Dates: December 18–20, 2025

    Time: 11 AM – 7 PM

    Location: 101 Cowardin Ave, Richmond, VA 23224

    Volunteer Commitment:

    Work a 4-hour shift during the event. Shifts start from 8AM to 8PM.

    Proficiency:

      • Friendly, professional, and organized.
      • Comfortable interacting with the public.
      • Basic computer or registration check-in skills a plus.
