Role Purpose
We are seeking a volunteer Social Media & Community Manager to help Aeronord Blog amplify content, grow our audience, and build a vibrant online community. You will work closely with writers, editors, and video creators to share content effectively across platforms and engage readers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and post content on Aeronord Blog’s social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Create engaging captions, graphics, and short-form posts (using Canva or CapCut).
- Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments or messages.
- Track post performance and report insights to the team.
- Collaborate with Promoter/Growth volunteers for campaigns and cross-platform promotion.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for social campaigns and content promotion strategies.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
- Basic graphic/video content creation skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong communication skills and creativity.
- Experience with community management or engagement is a plus.
- Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage multiple platforms.
