Clue Event Volunteer Community Donations Liaison

We are seeking a motivated and personable volunteer to serve as our Community Donations Liaison. This role focuses on building relationships with local businesses and companies to secure donated gift cards or products (minimum $25 value) to support our fundraising efforts.

What you’ll do:

• Contact local businesses to request donated gift cards or products
• Clearly communicate our mission and the impact of donations
• Encourage businesses to consider sponsorship opportunities for our 2026 Frost Fall Whodunnit Fundraiser
• Track outreach and donations as needed
• Represent the organization in a professional and friendly manner

What we’re looking for:

• Comfortable reaching out via email, phone, or in person
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Friendly communication style and confidence speaking with business owners or managers
• Passion for supporting community-based fundraising

Additional details:

• This is a volunteer position
• We will hold a planning meeting in May to provide materials, talking points, and guidance
