    Description

    The Tutoring Leadership Team helps manage and improve EduSpark Foundation’s tutoring programs. Members focus on tutor support, program organization, and ensuring students receive high-quality academic help.

    Responsibilities:

    • Help coordinate tutoring schedules and volunteer tutors
    • Assist with tutor onboarding and support
    • Collect feedback from tutors and students
    • Help improve tutoring systems and resources

    Ideal For Volunteers Who:

    • Enjoy working with students or education programs
    • Are interested in teaching, education, or mentorship
    • Want leadership experience in program coordination

    All leadership team members will participate in one 30-minute monthly team meeting with their director and collaborate asynchronously throughout the month.
