    Description

    RFL Caseworkers provide these services through delivering and collecting Red Cross Messages containing vital family news, conducting searches in their community to locate missing family members, speaking with clients to gather details to begin searching for their missing relatives, and assisting in submitting requests to the ICRC for war time documentation or travel documents for the stateless. ​

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage cases as assigned. This may include community/home visits, emails, letters, and phone calls.​
    • Ensure all assigned activity is completed on time and correctly documented within the Case Management System (FLAnswers)​.

    Requirements:

    • IMPORTANT: Have experience working with refugee and/or migrant populations.
    • Time Commitment: a minimum of 12 hours per month for a minimum of 12 months.
