    Description

    Nutrition Assistant

    The Durham Center for Senior Life is looking for a Nutrition Assistant to help hand out meals for our Congregate Meal program at our new location in JFK Towers off of N. Roxboro Street.

    During this 90 minute program, hot pre-made meals are provided to senior center members who are enrolled in the Congregate Program. Training will be provided on site

    While no food service experience is necessary, a positive attitude, patience, and compassion will lead to success. .

    Instructions:

    After receiving interest, a coordinator will be in touch to schedule an in-person meeting and training. Please bring a photo ID. You will sign waivers and confidentiality agreements during our first meeting. If you do not hear back within two weeks please call us at 919-688-8247.
