    Responsibilities

    - Research, analyze, and incorporate new tools into the organization’s technology ecosystem.

    - Build, maintain, and optimize Airtable to meet the operational needs of various teams.

    - Assist users in managing interfaces, troubleshooting issues, and navigating the tools effectively.

    - Ensure best practices for managing relational databases, focusing on data integrity, system organization, and change management.

    - Maintain detailed release notes and documentation for system changes and tool integrations, coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

    - Work closely with other DAS teams to ensure tools and systems align with operational goals and strategies.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Experience with SaaS platforms, relational database management, and tool integration.

    - Familiarity with system automations, interface design, and third-party integrations (e.g., Zapier, Integromat).

    - Knowledge of change management, system documentation, and user support processes.

    - Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
