    Description

    Heart to Heart Hospice seeks retirees in Macomb County Michigan to pay companionship visits to patients in their area. This is a wonderful way to bring cheer to a patient, give back to your community and pay it forward. The rewards are many. Heart to Heart provides your training, assigns you near your home and always works around your schedule.
