Who We Are

Unruled Masses is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit public-interest intelligence organization focused on exposing corruption, abuse of power, and systemic exploitation—while helping communities peacefully reclaim agency, accountability, and civic life.

We combine rigorous intelligence tradecraft with public-facing analysis and real-world civic action. We believe that to dismantle institutional capture, our intelligence must reach the public through compelling, visually-driven storytelling that breaks through propaganda and inspires people to act. Our mission is to build the "industrial-grade" civic infrastructure needed to defend democracy, and our video content is the primary vehicle for that transformation.

Who You Are

You are a charismatic and authentic communicator who is comfortable in the spotlight and motivated by a search for truth. You possess the "on-screen" presence to hold an audience’s attention, whether you are delivering a scripted investigative deep-dive or providing tactical training on nonviolent resistance.

You understand that defeating propaganda requires more than just facts—it requires a narrative that changes how people perceive power. You are eager to use your voice to inspire mobilization against oppression and help a national audience move past cynicism toward effective, organized action.

What You’ll Do

As a Multimedia Presenter, you will:

• Host Video Broadcasts & Clips: Serve as the primary face and voice for our YouTube channel and social media video platforms (TikTok, Reels, X), delivering high-impact content ranging from full-length broadcasts to rapid-response clips.
• Tell Compelling Stories: Present scripted narratives about institutional capture and oppressive systems, making complex intelligence reports accessible and emotionally resonant for a global audience.
• Lead Civic Training: Deliver on-camera instruction and guidance on nonviolent civic action, helping to scale our "Action Playbook" to thousands of participants.
• Counter Propaganda: Use strategic communication and wit to dismantle disinformation, helping audiences see the "narrative power" at play in modern media.
• Drive Strategic Impact: Work with action coordinators and researchers to ensure every video includes a clear, professional "call to action" that mobilizes viewers into real-world civic participation.

Exceptional volunteers may:

• Help shape the creative and editorial direction of video series
• Conduct interviews with OSINT experts, activists, and whistleblowers
• Represent the organization in external media appearances or live events
• Lead the development of a "signature style" for Unruled Masses video projects

Themes & Narrative Focus

We are looking for presenters who can speak with authority and passion on: Institutional Capture; Strategic Nonviolent Resistance; Counter-Propaganda; Democratic Infrastructure; and the Nature of Systemic Power.

Ideal Qualifications

• On-Screen Experience: Previous experience in hosting, broadcasting, digital journalism, or public speaking (please provide a reel, links to previous work, or social media clips).
• Storytelling Prowess: Ability to deliver scripts with the right balance of gravity, clarity, and the occasional touch of satirical wit.
• Motivational Presence: A talent for inspiring trust and "agency" in an audience—moving viewers from feeling overwhelmed by corruption to feeling empowered by strategy.
• Technical Adaptability: Comfortable working with remote production workflows and recording in a home-studio environment if necessary.
• Mission Commitment: A genuine interest in democracy-building and a desire to help people reclaim their community power.

Compensation & Commitment

This is an unpaid volunteer role. We ask for a commitment of 2–4 hours a week, covering script review, recording sessions, and occasional collaboration meetings. As our reach grows and funding allows, paid positions or appearance fees may be offered in the future.
