Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and organized Program Associate Lead (Volunteer) to support the Senior Programs Manager in planning, coordinating, and implementing our programs. This role is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on nonprofit and program management experience.

Key Responsibilities

Support program planning and implementation activities

Coordinate volunteers and program participants

Assist with monitoring, documentation, and reporting

Support partnerships and stakeholder engagement

Track program timelines and deliverables

Represent the Foundation in virtual meetings when required

Who We’re Looking For

Strong interest in nonprofit work, community development, or women empowerment

Good organizational and communication skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Basic experience in project or program coordination is an advantage

Commitment to learning and impact
