Purpose:

As an Online Small Group Leader Trainer within our Christian non-profit organization, your mission is to equip and empower small group leaders to effectively lead and disciple others in an online context. You’ll play a crucial role in fostering spiritual growth, community, and authentic relationships.

Position Summary:

In this role, you will:

1. Training and Development:
   • Develop and deliver training programs for small group leaders, focusing on effective online leadership.
   • Equip leaders with practical tools, communication skills, and spiritual insights.
2. Resource Creation:
   • Create training materials, videos, and guides specifically tailored for online small group leadership.
   • Address topics such as facilitating virtual discussions, building community, and handling challenging situations.
3. Coaching and Support:
   • Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to small group leaders.
   • Assist leaders in adapting their leadership style to the online environment.
4. Collaboration:
   • Work closely with the Groups Director, Pastors, and other ministry leaders to align training content with our organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications and Skills:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Passion for Discipleship: A deep commitment to helping others grow in their faith.
• Online Proficiency: Familiarity with virtual communication tools, video conferencing platforms, and online community-building.
• Leadership Experience: Previous experience as a small group leader or trainer is beneficial.
