Fundraising Volunteer

SCORE is a nonprofit resource partner of the U.S. Small Business Administration that helps aspiring and existing entrepreneurs succeed. Every year, our volunteers help thousands of entrepreneurs achieve their dreams of starting small businesses and achieving new levels of success. Volunteering is a way for you to give back, network with business experts, and share your knowledge.

We are looking for people who can help us do outreach to potential donors and community partners to help fund the ongoing work of Score. In the Federal Governments FY 26 budget our funds were cut to zero. Even so our mission goes on. We have always raised funds locally and this year will not be an exception.

We will be raising funds through:

• Local Grants
• Cash and Cash-Equivalent Donations (Direct Donor Contributions)
• Sponsorships
• Community Partnerships
• In-Kind and other Non-Cash Donations

If you have experience raising funds and have a few hours a month we would love to have you on board.
