• Act as the go-to person for all session-related queries and ensure smooth execution.

Document the Journey

• Craft and submit creative session plans and insightful monthly reports.
• Track attendance, gather feedback, and monitor progress to celebrate wins and improve where needed.

Communicate Like a Pro

• Be the glue that holds the team together—coordinate with volunteers, orphanage staff, and Bookwallah leadership.
• Ensure clarity and collaboration through effective delegation and open dialogue.

Collaborate & Elevate

• Join hands with other Project Leads and Bookwallah teams to brainstorm, innovate, and enhance our programs.
• Share your learnings, listen to others, and grow together.
