Join us from the start and help bring learning to life at ROTAGI. You’ll turn course content into engaging videos and multimedia resources that support impactful learning. Bring your creativity. Let’s build impact together!

You Will:

• Turn lesson outlines or scripts into engaging learning videos
• Create screen recordings, slide-based videos, and/or talking-head content
• Edit videos for clarity, pacing, and quality
• Add captions or subtitles to support accessibility
• Collaborate closely with the Instructional Designer to meet learning goals
• Adapt content based on feedback and learner needs

You Are:

• Interested in video creation, multimedia, or digital content
• Comfortable using tools like Canva and PowerPoint
• Creative, detail-oriented, and open to feedback
• Passionate about education, learning, or social impact
• Able to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment

Bonus if You Have:

• Experience creating educational or training videos
• Basic understanding of accessibility (captions, clear visuals, audio quality)
• Motion graphics or simple animation skills
