    Position Title: Volunteer Graphic Designer

    Organization: Reproductive Justice Resilience Project (RJRP)

    Location: Remote (with occasional virtual team meetings)

    Commitment: 5–10 hours/month, flexible schedule

    About Reproductive Justice Resilience Project (RJRP)

    Reproductive Justice Resilience Project uplifts the voices, stories, and experiences of Women of Color through education, advocacy, and creative engagement. We center healing, empowerment, and community-building to advance reproductive justice and resilience for all.

    Position Overview

    RJRP is seeking a creative and passionate Volunteer Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will help shape the visual identity of our work, podcast, and digital platforms. Your designs will play a vital part in engaging our audience, amplifying our message, and building community resilience.

    Responsibilities

    • Design compelling graphics for social media, newsletters, event promotions, and educational materials.
    • Support the visual branding of RJRP, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
    • Collaborate with the communications team to create visuals for the podcast A Resilient Fire and the video series Resilience in Action.
    • Create illustrations, infographics, and visual aids for advocacy and educational work.
    • Prepare graphics optimized for multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube).
    • Contribute to brainstorming sessions for visual storytelling and podcast.

    Qualifications

    • Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
    • Experience creating digital graphics for social media, nonprofit campaigns, and similar efforts.
    • A passion for reproductive justice, resilience, and uplifting marginalized communities.
    • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback.
    • Commitment to equity, inclusion, and RJRP’s mission.
