    Role Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-oriented individual to join our team as a Development Coordinator (Donor Focus) on a volunteer basis. This remote role is perfect for someone passionate about building strong connections with supporters and contributing directly to the sustainability and growth of our mission. As the Development Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in cultivating, engaging, and stewarding our valued donors, ensuring they feel connected to our impact and inspired to continue their support. Your efforts will directly empower our fundraising initiatives, enabling us to expand our reach and deepen our impact in the communities we serve.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify, research, and qualify prospective individual and corporate donors.
    • Manage and maintain accurate donor records within our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
    • Develop and implement personalized donor communication strategies, including thank you notes, impact reports, and appeal letters.
    • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of fundraising campaigns, events, and donor engagement activities.
    • Support the development of compelling fundraising materials, presentations, and proposals.
    • Track and report on donor engagement metrics and fundraising progress.
    • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing donors to encourage continued and increased support.
    • Collaborate closely with the Board of Directors and executive team on fundraising strategies and initiatives.
    • Actively contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team environment.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in fundraising, donor relations, sales, marketing, or a related field with a strong focus on relationship building.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.
    • Experience with donor management software or CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) is highly preferred.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in data management and communication.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
    • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks in a remote setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint), as well as Google Workspace (e.g., Docs, Sheets, Slides).
    • Passion for SelfSoulLiberate's mission and a commitment to health equity and mental wellness.
    • Volunteers should be available to work within a U.S. time zone for effective collaboration.
