    About TSW Network™

    The Successful Wives Network is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering wives through personal development, leadership growth, wellness education, and community-building programs. Through workshops, cohorts, and events, we create safe and supportive spaces where women grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.

    Role Overview

    TSW Network is forming a Governance Committee to help strengthen organizational structure, leadership accountability, and board effectiveness. Committee members serve as strategic advisors, supporting ethical practices, policy development, and strong governance standards.

    This role is ideal for professionals interested in nonprofit leadership, board development, and organizational integrity who want to help shape the future of a growing organization.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the development and review of governance policies
    • Assist with board recruitment and onboarding processes
    • Promote ethical standards and accountability
    • Help evaluate board effectiveness and structure
    • Provide guidance on organizational best practices
    • Support leadership succession planning discussions
    • Participate in quarterly virtual committee meetings
