    At Heart-to-Heart Hospice, our volunteers play a vital role in bringing comfort, connection, and care to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments. Whether you enjoy sharing stories, reading aloud, singing, or simply offering a listening ear, your presence can make a lasting difference. Volunteers can provide companionship to patients, support caregivers, enjoy crafts, listen to music, watch a baseball game and other activities. Every act of service—big or small—helps bring warmth and dignity to those we serve. Join us in making a heartfelt impact today.
