    Position Summary

    WOCOTM is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Graphic Designer with AI experience to support our programs, campaigns, and organizational branding. This role will design high-quality digital and print materials while using AI-powered tools to enhance efficiency, creativity, and storytelling. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, meets deadlines, and aligns with WOCOTM’s mission and values.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, reports, and printed materials
    • Use AI design tools (such as Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or similar platforms) to generate, enhance, and optimize visual content
    • Collaborate with program staff to develop visuals for community outreach, advocacy campaigns, and educational materials
    • Ensure all designs align with WOCOTM branding, messaging, and accessibility standards
    • Edit and revise designs based on feedback and project needs
    • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced nonprofit environment
    • Organize and maintain digital design files within shared platforms

    Required Qualifications

    • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (portfolio required)
    • Demonstrated knowledge of AI-assisted design tools
    • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams)
    • Must have access to a reliable computer and internet connection
    • Strong visual design skills, including layout, typography, and color theory
    • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with a remote team
    • Must know how to used AI

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience working with nonprofit, advocacy, or community-based organizations
    • Familiarity with social justice, equity, or women-centered initiatives
    • Experience designing materials for virtual programs, toolkits, or training curricula
    • Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design practices
