    Description

    Gardening Volunteer Ambler Arboretum

    Year Round

    Our gardening volunteers help maintain the historic and educational gardens of the Ambler Arboretum of Temple University. Throughout the growing season volunteers find themselves pruning, weeding, transplanting, dividing and planting depending on what needs to be done in the garden that day. Sessions are Mon - Sat 9-12 or 1-3. Covid 19 Protocols - mask wearing, sopcial distancing and no tool sharing are in place. Volunteers limited to two per session and must sign up to be added to a schedule. Walk-in volunteering not permitted at this time.

    Currently, volunteer opportunities are available only to persons ages 18 and over.
