High-Impact Executive Volunteer Opportunity: Lead the Future of Adopt A Destiny.
Our organization is currently at a critical inflection point. Since our inception, we have achieved impressive results through sheer determination — successfully supporting low-income, marginalized college students and women overcoming hardships — through the founder’s savings and personal fundraising efforts.
The reality is urgent: To continue serving our community and avoid closure, we must transition from staying afloat to sustainable growth. We require essential, committed leadership to secure consistent funding, establish operational cash flow, and ultimately move toward paying staff and offering stipends.
We are seeking highly skilled professionals to fill senior strategic, managerial, and specialist roles. This is a powerful, high-stakes opportunity to leverage your professional expertise to solve foundational organizational challenges and build the infrastructure for long-term mission success.
These are purely voluntary positions with no monetary compensation now, but your commitment will directly determine our ability to survive, grow, and pay future staff. We are seeking individuals ready to make a significant, sustained impact.
