    • Create a list of SEO-optimized hashtags and profile tags that should be the baseline for each post
    • Contribute to the creation of general guidelines for types of content we have posted in the past and what we may want to incorporate into the future

    Community Management

    • Reply to all direct messages within 24 hours
    • Like all comments and respond to important comments
    • Create general guidelines for effective ways to respond/engage with our community- what are frequently asked questions and their appropriate response?
    • Collaborate with Executive Director and Social Media Coordinator to share community insights
    • Identify, report, and remove all spam content
