    Description

    Northville/Plymouth based patient companions

    Heart to Heart Hospice is looking to partner with community members in the Northville and Plymouth area. Heart to Heart Hospice works with several local facilities where our hospice patients reside. Our patients are looking for volunteers to spend one on one time with them doing puzzles, reading, watching television together, taking walks, listening to music and other activities. Volunteers should plan to spend 1-3 hours per month visiting their patient. For more information, please reach out to Randi at 734-282-0209.
