FYAR is seeking an experienced Twitter (X) Coordinator Volunteer to manage and grow our

presence on X(Twitter). This role focuses on real-time engagement, advocacy

messaging, campaign amplification, and building visibility for FYAR’s mission, programs, and

events.

This role is ideal for someone with strong social media instincts, concise writing skills, and

experience using X to drive awareness and engagement for mission-driven organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule engaging tweets aligned with FYAR’s mission and campaigns.
• Live-tweet or provide real-time updates during events, showcases, and community programs.
• Engage with partners, sponsors, community leaders, and arts organizations.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and relevant conversations related to youth, arts, and community impact
• Track engagement metrics and provide basic performance insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to support campaigns and announcements.

Ideal Candidate

• Prior experience managing a Twitter(X) account for a brand, nonprofit, or organization.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Knowledge of hashtags, threads, and engagement strategies.
• Organized, reliable, and proactive.
• Passionate about youth empowerment, arts advocacy, and community development.
