    Description

    Bingo/Quarter Auction

Join us as we host another great Bingo and Quarter Auction! The event runs from 1730-2000 hours at St. Josephs Church in Pascoag, RI! Set up begins at 1430 to decorate the space and prepare for vendor check in, as well as getting our tables set up and ready to go! This event needs a couple volunteers to help with the following tasks:

1.) Set up the space for the event

2.) Help run the raffle table

3.) Help with the ticket sales at the door

4.) Assist others members where needed

5.) Collect quarters from guests and give them to the proper vendor(during the QA portion!)

6.) Help breaking down, cleaning up decorations, assisting with helping vendors if needed

We are happy to be hosting one of these per month during the winter months **THIS IS AN INDOOR EVENT**
