A volunteer can provide input that is needed to make informed team decisions regarding patient care. It has been said that, Volunteer caregivers are in the business of touching lives. Each time they help, they can make a difference. We commend you for your desire to "make a difference."

Volunteers will be provided with 12 hours of basic volunteer orientation and training, and on-going education experiences that will be held quarterly. It is required that Volunteers provide service for a minimum of 8 hours per month for at least 6 months. Volunteers can help out in facilities that we work doing things such as arts and crafts, manicures, or playing games. We offer a 2 hour a week respite for our patient's that are still at home to give the caregiver a little personal time. If you can sew we definitely are looking for someone to help out in that area.
