    Description

    Assist with answering agency crisis line, assessing the danger/safety of client, providing caller with emotional support, linking caller to appropriate resources and documenting case notes and services as appropriate. Complete appropriate documentation for all clients to include intake forms, and financial packets for those in need of financial assistance. Assist with the facilitation of group counseling. Provide clients with individual counseling and participate in all other duties as assigned by supervisor.
