    Description

    Organization: Transition Trails (501c3)

    About the Role: Transition Trails is officially launching our Guided Trail program on February 15th, 2026. We need a systems-oriented volunteer leader to help us build and manage the volunteer ecosystem that will support our first official cohorts starting March 16th.

    Responsibilities:

    • Funnel Management: Manage the transition from discovery-phase contacts to Salesforce.
    • Onboarding: Integrate specialized volunteers (CPAs, Coaches, Marketers) into our Slack-based coordination hub.
    • Data Integrity: Ensure all impact metrics for the Guided Trail program are captured accurately for future grant applications.
