    • Create donor-focused content such as appeals, thank-you letters, and impact reports.
    • Maintain accurate donor records and ensure compliance with nonprofit reporting standards.
    • Recruit and lead a volunteer development team (including potential Grant Writers and Donor Relations Coordinators).
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Events teams to align messaging and campaign timing.
    • Work closely with the CMO to promote fundraising initiatives across marketing platforms.
    • Explore creative fundraising ideas such as merchandise, sponsorships, and virtual events.
    • Represent MWA in donor meetings and at virtual events as needed.
    • Provide monthly development updates and metrics to the CEO.

    • Experience managing volunteers or small teams is a plus.
    • Comfortable with a startup-like environment – flexible, resourceful, and proactive.
    • Passionate about mental wellness and the power of community-based support.
