    Description

    Program Summary: 2Life is searching for a Cinema lover to host a Classic Movie club for our Leland House residents! After choosing a Movie to watch for the month, the volunteer will facilitate a 45-minute discussion about the film. The volunteer should prepare discussion questions to fill the time.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Help residents choose a movie to watch each month
    • Commit to a monthly schedule
    • Prepare discussion questions for the event
    • Socialize with residents who attend

    Impact Goal: A film club would provide residents an opportunity to socialize, encourage lifelong learning, and promote shared interests.

    Qualifications:

    • Must enjoy watching films and be willing to watch the chosen film each month
    • Strong communication skills
    • Willingness to lead a discussion
