    Description

    High School Career Readiness Coach/Mentor

    We are currently seeking dedicated volunteers who are interested in making a meangingful impact in a student's life. This is a great opportunity to serve as a coach and mentor, helping guide students in their professional development journey.

    • As a volunteer, you will support one to four students during 30-45 minute sessions weekly.
    • You'll meet with each student for 8 to 12 weeks to support them to develop professional skills (and may then begin to meet with a different student who needs support)
    • Schedule is flexible part-time horus between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM
    • Each of our students works 1 full day a week at a local corporation or nonprofit partner. Your role will be to assist students who could use more guidance in becoming successful, purposeful professionals by developing their workplace skills, helping them reflect, providing tips and guidance, and helping develop weekly goals to implement to target areas such as communication, follow through, confidence, networking, etc.
