Norfolk Country RSVP is seeking drivers to support the Meals on Wheels program in North and South Weymouth..

The Meals on Wheels program helps bring nutrition and independence to Seniors and people with special disabilities. The need for volunteers is especially acute during the winter months.

Drivers deliver pre-packed, hot meals to 10-12 homebound seniors locally. The typical time commitment is about 1.5 hours one morning per week between 10:00 AM and 12 noon. You need a valid driver's license and your own vehicle. Volunteers are reimbursed by RSVP and South Shore Elder Services for all travel-related expenses.
