    Description

    Looking for a volunteer opportunity that is fun and rewarding? Join our Volunteer team! As a Meals on Wheels Volunteer, you will belong to a team committed to helping homebound seniors maintain their health and independence with nutritious food, personal contact, and caring service.

    Driver: A volunteer is needed to deliver meals in Northshore on Thursday mornings. Drivers typically arrive at the Center at 9:00 am, load up the meals, and are done with their route in about 1.5 hours.

    Alternate Driver: A volunteer is needed to deliver meals in Northshore on Thursday mornings, as needed. Drivers typically arrive at the Center at 9:00 am, load up the meals, and are done with their route in about 1.5 hours.

    Because of the training involved, we are seeking volunteers who are interested in committing to an ongoing role with us. Training is provided, and mileage reimbursement is available for those making deliveries.
