Description
The State Outreach Chair leads statewide efforts to bring new people and partner organizations into the Respect MO Voters campaign. This role focuses on building relationships, coordinating outreach efforts, and helping interested individuals and groups move smoothly into active participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategy and direct the development of tactics for Outreach operations.
- Lead and coordinate statewide outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain relationships with community groups and partner organizations.
- Support and align regional outreach volunteers.
- Coordinate with Field, Onboarding, and Communications to ensure clear follow-up.
- Share updates, progress, and needs with campaign leadership.
