    Description

    We are looking for a Virtual Phone Bank Lead to support our campaign’s outreach efforts. This role involves helping to organize phone banks, running phone bank sessions, and training volunteers to ensure effective engagement.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Organizing and scheduling virtual phone banks
    • Leading and facilitating phone bank sessions
    • Training volunteers on phone bank tools and best practices
    • Providing support and encouragement to volunteers during and after phone banks

    Ideal candidates will be:

    • Comfortable with digital tools and virtual platforms
    • Organized and detail oriented
    • Strong communicators with the ability to train and motivate others
