    Description

The Rescue Coordinator plays an essential role within Hart 2 Heart Animal Rescue, as successfully placing animals with foster families and ultimately with their forever homes is the mission of our rescue. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to volunteer remotely but also wants to work directly with the public via phone and email. The Rescue Coordinator helps interested individuals through the application process, screening veterinary and personal references. The Coordinator also provides training and mentorship for assigned fosters. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and can provide a positive experience for all potential adopters, fosters and volunteer staff. All Rescue Coordinators are always expected to exhibit a positive and professional attitude.
