The Finance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all financial records and activities, including accounting, bookkeeping, budgeting, record keeping, and related financial operations. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and compliance in all financial matters.
Additional responsibilities include preparing and maintaining budget reports for meetings, ensuring all financial data is up to date and ready for review. The Finance Coordinator is expected to dedicate approximately 4–7 hours per week, with the flexibility to set their own schedule to complete assigned tasks.
