Client Services Assistant

Become an ambassador for our military service members in need by volunteering as a Client Services Assistant. Our Client Services Assistants maintain our front office, provide customer service, perform various business administration tasks, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and process small loan applications. No previous experienced required! Training is provided for all volunteers. Build your skills in teambuilding, customer service, business administration, and leadership and grow your knowledge of the military pay system and Quantico resources.

This is a great match for military spouses looking to build their resumes and skills and/or make new connections! We rely on our volunteers to make giving back to our service members and their families a possibility!

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as client’s ambassador focused on outstanding client services
• Greet clients courteously and ascertain eligibility to apply for assistance
• Assist client in determining required documents for interview
• Enter or update client data in CAP
• Manage phone calls and schedule appointments
• Process inquiries and direct to appropriate program leads/referrals
