    Volunteers will need access to a car, a valid driver's license & adequate auto insurance. They will also need a smartphone & be comfortable lifting & carrying large bags of donated food.

    Description

    Share My Meals addressing food insecurity and food waste by recovering left over food from Corporate donors and donating to our community in need! One of our many volunteer opportunities in the Princeton area is to pick up pre-packaged meals and baked goods donated by a local grocery store on Monday to Friday from 8:30-9:30am and deliver to our hub in central Princeton. This food will then be distributed to our community in need later in the day. This opportunity will require a car and should take between 30 to 45 minutes including delivery travel time.

    Volunteers can sign up for as many weekly deliveries as they wish. Ideally, we're looking for people who can do at least 3 or 4 pickups a month.
