    Description

Volunteer to help us provide FREE basic skill-building and academic enhancement to at-risk children. Volunteers act as one-on-one tutors for children in grades 1-6. Our curriculum focuses on math, reading, and language arts. All lessons, worksheets, learning games, and materials are prepared by staff and ready for the volunteer tutor and student to work on together. Our programs are designed to break through the barriers to education that many residents in our area face.

We're gearing up for January 2023! Students are ready to get back to learning and Volunteer Tutors are essential to making that happen!

The After-School Program runs from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm on Monday through Thursday.

Volunteers can choose to tutor once a week or more. We continually accept volunteers. All experience levels welcome, we will provide training.
